On-The-Job Training Program (OJT)
OJT works with businesses to place job seekers who have skills and experience that match employer needs. As an incentive to employers, Workforce Investment Solutions may reimburse companies up to 50% of the wages paid to new hires for up to six months.
OJT get reimbursed up to 50% of the cost to train new employees. OJT programs helps businesses save money while training new hires.

Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP)
IWTP provides reimbursement for training of existing employees in order to meet changing skill requirements due to new technology, products and organizational structuring.
Work Experience Opportunities
The paid Work Experience program is designed to connect young adults to employers with a focus on skill development for occupations in demand. Employers will have the opportunity to employ motivated, young talent at no cost to the company!

Tax Credits, Fidelity Bonding
We connect employers to information regarding tax incentives and local, state and federal grant opportunities.
TAX CREDITS AND INCENTIVES
Companies that hire targeted employee groups or provide specialized training and services may be eligible for tax credits and incentives; ie: hiring qualified Veterans, low income or the disabled.
RAPID RESPONSE SERVICES
For businesses that anticipate downsizing or restructuring, Rapid Response Services can help meet the needs of companies and employees with layoff aversion, pre-layoff assistance and other specialized support.
Fidelity Bonding is a business insurance policy that protects employers against employee dishonesty, theft or embezzlement. A fidelity bond is no-cost insurance coverage from $5,000 up to $25,000 that enables employers to hire job applicants considered to be “at risk” due to their past life experiences.
